Cranmore has formed a division of specialist staff, Cranmore Delegated Services ("CDS"), to conduct reviews of the operations of Coverholders, Third Party Administrators and Managing General Agents.

CDS aims to enable insurers or reinsurers, including Lloyd's, to meet regulatory requirements, to verify the appropriateness of the underwriting, accounting and management of the underlying business in which they have an interest and to meet any compliance requirements.


Such reviews vary in type depending upon the client’s requirements, ranging from the general quality control reviews undertaken for regulatory or renewal purposes through to full-scale reviews following the identification of potential concerns. Whichever approach is taken, all reviews are conducted in a cost-effective manner.
