Senior Vice President, Construction Defect Claims

Paul A. Amirata has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry and private litigation practice. He began his career as a commercial litigator and then transferred over to the insurance industry, where he adjusted high-profile Environmental/Toxic Tort coverage matters for nearly 10 years. Thereafter, he concentrated his area of practice to Construction Defect and General Liability. Paul also has experience in serving as an expert in complex coverage litigation matters, as well as a corporate witness. Paul has also been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and appeared on Bloomberg TV on insurance-related areas. Paul also is a regular presenter at insurance seminars throughout the country.

Job Summary

Paul is currently a Senior Vice President at Cranmore and is primarily responsible for managing the Construction Defect exposures for Enstar. Prior to working at Enstar, Paul was the Head of US Claims at AXA Insurance Company, and before this, was overseeing Construction Defect claims at RiverStone Claims Management.
