Executive Assistant

Mackenzie started at Enstar in 2015 as an Internal Operations Technician, shortly after completing her Bachelor’s degree at the University of South Florida.

After working on the claims side of the business for a few years, she was drawn to an administrative role within Cranmore.

Mackenzie is responsible for billing, administrative tasks, as well as assisting the CEO, Steve Norrington. Mackenzie enjoys learning different parts of the business and facilitating activities for her fellow employees. In recent years, she has undertaken administration of the St. Petersburg office and supports several senior managers.
