VP of Inspections and Claims

Karen has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Karen began her career as a trainee adjuster at Northbrook Property and Casualty where she progressed into various technical roles, specialising in General Casualty. She subsequently worked in managerial positions, gained experience in Professional Liability and in the Alternative Risk Market.

Karen’s reinsurance experience includes claims management and conducting inspections for both domestic and London market companies. She has conducted audits and inspections of various Third-Party Administrators and ceding companies across the US and in London. Karen joined Cranmore in 2021 where she has been involved with various ADC contracts and continues to conduct audits and inspections on legacy and live portfolios.
