Having worked in the insurance industry since 1980, Guy currently undertakes M&A due diligence for Enstar Group. Guy previously headed up the Third Party Coverholder and TPA audits undertaken for the Lloyd's and Company Market in the UK and Europe.

Prior to this, Guy’s experience includes conducting reinsurance audits on behalf of the both the Lloyd's Market and Non-Lloyd’s Market, often as a precursor to commutation discussions. Audits undertaken have ranged from complete account reviews including examination of the underwriting, accounting, reinsurance programmes and claims, to those focusing on claims or premium accounting.

Guy has also spent a number of years loss adjusting on behalf of various Lloyd's Syndicates.
